Elliot Serbin

Elliot Serbin is a research analyst at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC) at Stanford University. Formerly a research assistant to Siegfried Hecker, Senior Fellow Emeritus at CISAC and FSI, he continues to work closely with the Nuclear Risk Reduction project at CISAC, currently conducting research for a book on North Korea’s nuclear program. His work has been published in The Washington Post, Foreign Policy, and Jane’s Intelligence Review.  He received his BA in Political Science and BA in Philosophy from Stanford University in 2015 and will matriculate into the JD/MPP joint program at Harvard in the fall of 2020.
