Ali Nouri

Ali Nouri is president of the Federation of American Scientists. Previously he served as legislative director to US Senator Al Franken (D-MN) and adviser to US Senator Jim Webb (D-VA). He was also a biotechnology adviser to the office of the UN Secretary General; and a research associate at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School where he developed initiatives to cut off pathways through which biotechnology can be used to develop biological weapons.
