Brandon Kirk Williams

Dr. Brandon Kirk Williams is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Global Security Research at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and a Wilson Center China Initiative Fellow. He specializes in cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and national security policy. He earned a PhD in Cold War History from the University of California, Berkeley.
