Charles G. Bardeen

Bardeen is a research scientist in the Atmospheric Chemistry Observations and Modeling laboratory at the National Center for Atmospheric Research. His research interests include the role of clouds and aerosols in climate and the effects of energetic particles. In addition to studying polar mesospheric and cirrus clouds, he is also interested in abrupt climate change caused by extreme events including nuclear war, meteor impacts, volcanic eruptions, and solar storms.
