(Clark) Aoqi Wu

(Clark) Aoqi Wu is a doctoral candidate in politics at The Catholic University of America. He holds a masters in global politics from Birkbeck College, University of London. His research explores the strategy of autocratic great powers, including their leaders, ideologies, internal security apparatuses, and civil-military relations. He is currently working on his dissertation on the Chinese Communist Party leaders’ strategy-making and implementation from the Cold War to the present day.
