Julien de Troullioud de Lanversin is an assistant professor in the Division of Public Policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He was a postdoc at Harvard University’s Project on Managing the Atom from 2021 to 2022, and at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation from 2019 to 2021. Before that, he was part of the Program on Science & Global Security at Princeton University, where he received his PhD in applied physics in 2019. His research focuses on developing scientific methods and policy solutions to reduce the risks of nuclear technologies. He was among the experts invited to visit the Nevada National Security Site in November 2023.
