Olli Heinonen

Olli Heinonen is a distinguished fellow at the Stimson Center, Washington DC. Before that he was a senior fellow from 2010 at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies until 2020. Until September 2010 he served 27 years in various positions at the International Atomic Energy Agency finishing as the Deputy Director General-Safeguards. He led the project Managing the Atom.
