Piotr Wolski

Piotr Wolski is a senior researcher working at the Climate System Analysis Group at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He has studied hydro-geo-ecological processes in the southern African wetlands, including Botswana’s Okavango Delta. Wolski’s recent interests focus on climate, and he has published articles on climate variability, projections and attribution of climate change, and seasonal forecasting. He earned his doctorate in Earth Sciences from the Free University in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and has been working in southern Africa since 1995.
