Raymond Arnaudo

Raymond Arnaudo, an official with the U.S.
State Department, heads the U.S. Antarctic Treaty Secretariat, which is
preparing for the treaty’s 2009 annual meeting. He headed
U.S. delegations to Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meetings from 1998 to
