Robert Kelley

Robert Kelley is a consultant in nuclear nonproliferation. He was
formerly a nuclear weapons analyst at Los Alamos National Laboratory, US, and worked
as an IAEA inspector in Iraq, South Africa, Libya, and elsewhere from 1991 to 1993
and again from 2001 to 2009.
