Ronald F. Lehman

Amb. Ronald F. Lehman works at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, chairs the Governing Board of the International Science and Technology Center, and chaired the Defense Threat Reduction Advisory Committee. Ron was director of the US Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Policy and as US Chief Negotiator on START I.
