William Caplan

William Caplan is an M.A. candidate in Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program, and works at the Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction at the National Defense University in the Pathways Program. He is also participating in the Project on Nuclear Issues’ Nuclear Scholars Initiative at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
